摘要
针对文胸罩杯在使用过程中的黄变现象,为了评价其黄变级数,寻找合适的评价方法和评价指标,探讨了汗渍、皂液、臭氧、燃气烟熏对罩杯(罩杯填充材料为聚氨酯海绵、聚酯纤维)黄变性能的影响,测试了40个样品的耐汗渍、耐皂洗、耐臭氧和耐燃气烟熏色牢度。结果表明,聚氨酯海绵、聚酯纤维填充材料的耐汗渍及耐皂洗黄变现象均不明显;聚酯纤维材料的耐臭氧、耐燃气烟熏黄变现象不明显,但聚氨酯材料罩杯的耐臭氧、耐燃气烟熏黄变现象明显,尤其是使用浅色面料的样品;建议生产企业将罩杯耐燃气烟熏变色及耐臭氧变色合格评价指标定为3.0级。
In order to evaluate yellowing degree of the bra-cup in use,find the appropriate evaluation method and evaluation index,this paper discussed the influence of perspiration, soap, ozone and burnt-gas fumes to yellowing,tested the color fastness to perspiration, soap, ozone and burnt-gas fumes of 40 samples,whose bra-cup are made of polyurethane material and polyester material. The result show that the yellowing phenomenon to perspiration and soap is not obvious for polyurethane material and polyester material, and bra-cup made of polyester material has no obvious yellowing phenomenon while bra-eup made of polyurethane has obvious yellowing phenomenon to ozone and burnt-gas fumes, especially the bra-cup using light color fabric. It suggested that enterprises should set the evaluation index of color change of bra-eup to burnt-gas fumes and ozone as 3.0.
