摘要
文中利用涤纶与氨纶在溶剂中的溶解性差异,探讨化学溶剂溶解方法测定涤纶与氨纶混纺比的可行性。采用拆分法、80%H2SO4法、75%H2SO4法、二甲基甲酰胺法对氨纶进行溶解以测定涤氨织物的混纺比,并将几种方法进行对比。结果表明,75%H2SO4法的测试数据与拆分法相差只有0.07%,标准偏差0.15,95%置信界限为0.13%,操作简便,准确度与精密度高,完全能够满足涤氨混纺织物纤维含量定量分析的要求。
In this paper, based on the difference in solubility of polyester and spandex in some solvents, the feasibility of the method of chemical solvent dissolution to determine the blend ratio of polyester to spandex was discussed. The separation method, 80%H2SO4, 75%H2SO4, and dimethylformamide methods were used to determine the ratio of polyester to spandex products, and compared these several methods. The results show that the difference between the test data and the split method of 75%H2SO4 is only 0.07%, the standard deviation was 0.15, and the 95%confidence limit was 0.13%. The 75%H2SO4 method is easy to operate with accuracy and precision, it can fully meet the requirements of quantitative analysis of polyester and spandex fiber content.
