摘要
分析了MSC铸铁型砂添加剂防黏砂的机制。检测了MSC型砂添加剂的理化性能,并采用该添加剂进行了铸造工艺试验,优选出了最佳的添加剂成分。在人工造型球铁生产中对该添加剂进行了工艺试验,在此基础上结合球铁静压造型铸造生产线的特点进行了工艺验证和量产。生产实践表明:MSC铸铁型砂添加剂适用性强,解决了球铁静压造型铸造生产线型砂加入煤粉造成的工艺、产品质量和环境问题。
The mechanism whereby the sand burning was avoided by the use of MSC sand adhesive for cast iron was analyzed. Physical and chemical characteristics of the MSC sand additive were checked, and a casting process test was performed with the use of the additive, thus optimizing composition of the MSC sand additive. Trial application of the additive to hand moulding of nodular iron was done. Based on the above and in conjunction with features of a static pressure molding production line,the process test and batch production were done. From the actual production it is showed that the MSC sand additive can be extensively employed in cast iron, thus solving problems in casting process,product quality, and environment resulting from addition of pulverized coal to the static pressure molding production line sand for nodular iron.
