摘要
采用正交试验研究了浇注温度、模具温度和压射速度等工艺参数对AE44镁合金外壳压铸件显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当浇注温度为680℃、模具温度为200℃及压射速度为3.5m/s时,外壳压铸件的力学性能和显微组织最佳。由物相分析得出,AE44镁合金的显微组织主要由a-Mg基体和沿晶界分布的Mg-RE化合物组成,Mg-RE化合物主要为Al2RE相和Al11RE3相。
The effect of technological parameters such as pouring temperatures, mold temperatures and injection speeds on microstructure and mechanical properties of the die-cast AE44 magnesium alloy shell were investigated by using an orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the shell die-cast under condition that the pouring temperature is 680 ℃, the mold temperature is 200 ℃ and the injection speed is 3.5 m/s exhibited the best microstructure and mechanical properties. From phase analysis it was seen that microstructure of the AE44 magnesium alloy was predominantly a-Mg matrix and Mg-RE compound which lay in the grain boundaries and substantially A12RE phase and Al11RE3 phase.
