摘要
分别采用差压铸造、低压铸造工艺生产了铝合金汽车转向节。检测了转向节的显微组织和力学性能,并进行了可靠性试验。结果表明,采用差压工艺铸造的转向节最为安全可靠。
Automobile steering joints of aluminum alloy were respectively by using differential pressure casting and low-pressure casting procedures. Subsequently, the steering joints were subjected to microstructure survey and mechanical property measurements, as well as to reliability test. The results indicated that the steering joint cast by differential pressure procedure was the safest and the most reliable of the all steering joints.
