HY-30A泥浆轻便钻机的研发及应用

Research and development for mud portable drill rig

根据国际石油勘探作业对轻便钻井设备的需求分析,东方地球物理公司联合保定宏业石油物探机械制造有限责任公司共同研制开发了HY-30A泥浆轻便钻机。HY-30A泥浆轻便钻机采用液压传动与控制技术,以高效、轻便、安全的优化设计理念进行研发,使其适合井深在30m以内的泥岩层进行泥浆物探钻井作业。整机结构紧凑,体积小、重量轻,人力搬迁方便、快捷。

Based on the requirement analysis of portable drilling for international seismic operation,a new type of HY-30A mud portable drill rig was developed by BGP and Baoding Hongye Seismic Machine Company. Adopted ad- vanced hydraulic transmission and control technology, based on optimized design concept of high efficiency, light weight,safety,the HY-30A drill rig suitable for seismic shothole drilling operation in mudstone layers which drilling depth is lower than 30 meters, the machine has compact structure, small volume, light weigh, so it is very convenient for portable transportation and operation.
