有限元分析采集站进水成因及改进设计

摘要 在滩浅海地震勘探过程中,设备进水现象经常发生,进而造成整改排列时间大大增加,减缓了工程进度,并且一定程度上影响了采集数据质量。设备进水主要表现是大线与采集站接头处出现裂纹造成漏水和接触不良,进而影响排列稳定性,大大影响工作效率。本文针对上述问题进行理论研究,通过建模以及有限元分析,找出采集站进水原因,通过改变采集站密封件与端盖结合面的形状,最大限度避免漏水的出现。 In the offshore seismic exploration, equipment water leakage causes the rectification arrangement time greatly increased, therefore delaying the time of project, and affecting the quality of acquisition data in a certain ex- tent. The main performance is that the joints between the cable and the connector of acquisition station appear crack eausingwater leakage and defective contact, thereby affecting the stability of the acquisition array and the work effi- ciency. According to the above problems, through the theoretical research, the modeling and finite element analysis, this paper found out the causes of the intake station influent, by changing the shape of the sealing parts of the collec- tion station and the end cover, then to avoid the leakage of water to the maximum extent.
