摘要
目的通过对血液病患者进行骨髓染色体核型分析,为血液系统疾病的诊断、治疗、病情监测及预后判断提供细胞遗传学数据。方法分别采集2016年5月至2018年6月来自我院各种初治恶性血液系统疾病患者的80例骨髓样本,骨髓细胞经过短期培养和G显带法进行染色体核型分析。结果检出染色体异常34例,异常率42. 5%。结论染色体核型分析为血液病诊断、治疗、病情监测及预后判断提供了必不可少的依据。
Objective To analyze the characteristic of bone marrow cell chromosome karyotype,explore the value of karyotype analysis in the diagnosis,therapy,prognosis,and mechanism identification of hematological system diseases. Methods Bone marrow cells of 80 patients with primary hematological system diseases were collected from May 2016 to June 2018,and the chromosome analysis was performed with G- banding after short time culture. Results Among 80 cases,34 cases were found with abnormal karyotype,and the abnormal rate was 42.5%. Conclusion Chromosome karyotype analysis plays important role in diagnosis,treatment,monitoring and prognosis of hematological system diseases.
