摘要
从高校教师职业道德的概念出发,借鉴《高等学校教师职业道德规范》等比较成熟的理论框架设计了高校教师职业道德评价量表。利用2014-2015年CCSS调查数据,以兰州某综合大学为例,借助SPSS和AMOS等分析工具对量表进行了信度、效度检验。实证研究结果表明:高校教师职业道德的结构包括课程认知目标、课程要求严格程度、课堂教学、教师反馈、激发学习志趣、测评六个维度;高校教师职业道德评价量表设计具有较好的信效度。
This study starts with the concept of Professional Ethics of Faculty (PEF) and establishes an ana- lytical framework by reviewing the literature, such as Code of Professional Ethics for Teachers in Institutions of Higher Education. Based on the CCSS 2014 -2015 survey data of a comprehensive university in Lanzhou, relia-bility and validity test is conducted with tools like SPSS and AMOS. The result shows that the structure of PEF involves six dimensions : Cognitive Object of Curriculum ( COC), Curriculum Regimentation ( CR), Classroom Instruction (CI), Faculty Feedback (FB), Motivation Stimulating (MS), Assessment (AS); the PEF assess-ment scale has good reliability and validity.
