摘要
对外合作办学关键在于引进优质教育资源,提高教育质量。优质教育资源主要包含:办学基本保障资源、核心要素资源和社会公信力资源。优质教育资源具有稀缺性、不均衡性、长时性等特点。要引进优质教育资源,就需要做到与地区发展、社会需求等相结合,打破传统的以国家排名定优质的做法,切实做到引进优质教育资源的前提、过程以及结果的优质。只有适应我国自身办学条件,能有效提高教育质量的资源,才是真正的优质教育资源。
The key to Chinese-foreign cooperative education lies in the introduction of high-quality educational resources to improve the quality of education in China. The educational resources mainly include: the basic guarantee resources,the core element resources and the social credibility resources. These resources are characterized by scarcity,imbalance and long time characteristics of general quality educational resources. This study suggests that in order to introduce high-quality educational resources,it is necessary to combine with regional development and social needs,break the traditional practice of ranking high-quality education resources according to national ranking,and achieve the high-quality of the prerequisite,process and results in introducing educational resources. Only the resources that can adapt to our own conditions of running a school and effectively improve the quality of education are the real high-quality educational resources.
