摘要 乡村教师的专业生活是教师在特定环境中与同伴的学习合作、学生的对话交流以及自我反思所形成的一种专业性的生活状态。乡村教师的专业生活具有韵味生活、理味生活、情味生活三重意蕴,并体现出角色的主导性与边缘性、生存的完整性与缺失性、工作的重复性与多样性等多重特点。乡村教师专业生活存在着乡村教师的学习缺少系统和自主、乡村教师的教学缺失合作和分享、乡村教师的研究缺乏深入思考和指导等问题。为此,乡村教师需要找准自我定位,走向自我关怀;营造合作氛围,促进教学共同体发展;生成教育智慧,助推专业成长。 The professional life of rural teachers is a kind of professional life state formed by the teachers' learning cooperation with their peers in a specific environment,students' dialogue and communication,and self-reflection. The professional life of rural teachers has triple meanings of being charm,rational and emotional. It also reflects the dominance and marginality of roles,the integrity and deficiency of existence,and the repeatability and diversity of work. There are many problems in the professional life of rural teachers,such as the lack of systematic and independent learning,the lack of cooperation and sharing in teaching,and the lack of in-depth thinking and guidance in their research. Therefore,rural teachers need to identify their own self-positioning and move towards self-care; create a cooperative atmosphere to promote the development of teaching community; generate educational wisdom to boost professional growth.
