The professional life of rural teachers is a kind of professional life state formed by the teachers' learning cooperation with their peers in a specific environment,students' dialogue and communication,and self-reflection. The professional life of rural teachers has triple meanings of being charm,rational and emotional. It also reflects the dominance and marginality of roles,the integrity and deficiency of existence,and the repeatability and diversity of work. There are many problems in the professional life of rural teachers,such as the lack of systematic and independent learning,the lack of cooperation and sharing in teaching,and the lack of in-depth thinking and guidance in their research. Therefore,rural teachers need to identify their own self-positioning and move towards self-care; create a cooperative atmosphere to promote the development of teaching community; generate educational wisdom to boost professional growth.
