创新竞进养教结合 开创老年教育办学新局面——天津市南开区老年大学养教结合案例综述与分析

随着我国全面建设小康社会进程的加快,老龄化社会的到来,发展老年教育,是提高老年人口生活质量、促进社会持续发展的重要应对战略。如何发挥成人高校办学优势,为老年教育服务是当前研究的重要课题。天津市南开区职工大学,自2011年起创建养教结合新模式,将优秀教育资源从校园延伸到社区,办好老百姓身边的大学,提升了养老院和社区日间照料站服务功能和水平,使社区养老与职业教育、老年教育建设形成良性互动,实现了老年教育与社区管理的共建双赢,为创建充满人文关怀的学习型社会、和谐社会贡献力量。

With the acceleration of the process of building a well - off society in an all- round way in China and the arrival of an aging society, the development of education for the elderly are important countermeasure strategies for improving the quality of life of the elderly and promoting sustainable de- velopment of the society. How to give full play to the advantages of running colleges and universities for the education of the elderly is an important topic of current research. Tianjin Staff University of Nankai District, Tianjin, has established a new mode of combining nursing and education since 2011, extending excellent educational resources from the campus to the community, running the universities around the people, and improving the service functions and levels of nursing homes and community day care sta- tions, it created a positive interaction among community support for the elderly, vocational education and old - age education construction, achieved a win - win cooperation between old - age education and community management, and contributed to the creation of a learning - oriented society and a harmoni- ous society full of humanistic care.
