基于天津市“职业培训包”项目构建中关于有线广播电视机线员职业项目的开发

Development of the Professional Program for Cable Broadcasting TV Lineman Based on the Construction of Tianjin “Vocational Training Package”

天津市是高技术产业快速发展的城市,许多职业(工种)的现行《国家职业标准》远不能满足天津经济发展的需求,工作内容和技能要求落后于天津企业实际生产要求。文章介绍了以天津广播影视职业学院参加天津市"职业培训包"第四批次项目开发任务为契机,与天津广播电视网络有限公司校企合作共同开发"有线广播电视机线员"职业项目包,整个开发过程从前期调研开发、中期验收、实验性培训等环节,并最终通过了结题验收。

Tianjin is a city with rapid development of high-tech industries.The current National Vocational Standards of many occupations（work types）are far from meeting the needs of Tianjin＇s economic development.The work content and skill requirements lag behind the actual production requirements of Tianjin enterprises.Tianjin Broadcasting TV and Film Institute,taking the opportunity to participate in the development of the fourth batch of Tianjin ＂Vocational Training Package＂,carried out school-enterprise cooperation with Tianjin Broadcast TV Network Co.,Ltd.to develop the vocational project package of＂Cable Broadcasting TV Lineman＂professional project package.The paper introduces the entire development process from the previous research and development,mid-term acceptance,experimental training and other stages,and finally passed the acceptance.
