摘要
介绍了TASC+软件的四种工艺计算模式及其振动分析模块的基本原理和功能,以实例介绍了如何利用TASC+软件的振动分析模块,通过调整管壳式换热器的结构参数来消除管束振动的方法,对管壳式换热器的工艺计算和如何消除管束振动具有比较重要的参考意义。
This paper introduces the four process calculation modes of software TASC+and the basic principles and functions of the vibration analysis module.With an example,it shows how to use the vibration analysis module of software TASC+ to eliminate the tube bundle vibration by adjusting the structural parameters of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.The method has important reference significance for the process calculation of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger and how to eliminate the vibration of the tube bundle.
