关于破解社区大学(学院)和老年大学发展难题的思考——沈阳社区(老年)大学创新办学启示

Thoughts on Cracking the Development Problems of Community Universities(Colleges) and Elderly Universities——Inspiration from the Innovation of Shenyang Community(Elderly) University

开展继续教育,尤其是社区教育、老年教育,社区大学(学院)、老年大学起着领头羊的作用。当下,不少省市都依托电大或其他院校成立了社区大学、社区学院、老年大学等,但普遍存在定位不准、经费紧张、师资紧缺、层次太低、形式单一、资源浪费等难题。本文深入剖析了沈阳社区大学、老年大学的创新办学经验,提出了破解社区大学(老年大学)办学定位、经费、师资、层次、类型、为民服务、保障机制七大难题的思路。

Continuing education, especially community education, old age education, community universities （colleges）, and elderly universities play a leading role. At present, many provinces and cities rely on TV universities or other institutions to set up community universities, community colleges, and elderlyr universities. However, there are widespread problems such as inaccurate positioning, tight funding, shortage of teachers, too low levels, single form, and waste of resources. This paper deeply analyzes the innovative school-running experience of Shenyang Community College and elderly university, and puts forward the idea of solving the seven problems in school orientation, funding, teachers, level, type, serving the people, and guarantee mechanism of the community university （elderly university）.
