摘要
本研究以陕南某高校410名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷法对大学生主动性人格、一般自我效能感与学校适应的关系进行了研究。结果显示:(1)大学生主动性人格在总体呈中等偏上的水平,但在性别、专业、是否独生子女无显著差异。(2)大学生一般自我效能感总体上水平较高,在性别、专业、是否独生子女都存在明显差异。(3)大学生学校适应总体上良好,在性别、专业、是否独生子女上存在明显差异。(4)一般自我效能感在大学生主动性人格和学校适应之间起着部分中介的作用。
Taking 410 college students from a university in southern Shaanxi as the object of study, this paperstudied the relationship between college students’ proactive personality, general self-efficacy and school adaptation byquestionnaire. The results showed that :(1) the overall level of college students’ proactive personality was above theaverage level, but there was no significant difference in gender, major or whether the student is a only child or not.(2) the general sense of self-efficacy of college students is relatively high on the whole, with obvious differences ingender, major and the identity of only child.(3) college students generally can adapt well, with obvious differences ingender, major and the identity of only child.(4) general self-efficacy playsa partial intermediary role between collegestudents’ proactive personality and school adaptation.
