摘要
高校专业人才培养方案课程设置的科学性和合理性是影响人才培养质量的关键因素之一。研究从S大学学前教育专业毕业生视角对专业人才培养方案中课程设置满意度进行调查,探讨课程设置存在的问题,提出以生为本、标准取向,关注未来教师素养的全面养成,完善课程设置,支持专业可持续发展,重视专业实践教学环节,落实"4+2+1"全实践课程,增强课程设置的实效性,以全面提高职前幼儿教师培养质量。
The science and rationality of the curriculum of the program of professional talents training in collegesand universities is one of the key factors that affect the quality of talents training. The study investigates thesatisfaction of curriculum setting in the professional talent training program from the perspective of graduates ofpre-school education major in S university, discusses the problems existing in the course setting of major and putsforward suggestions as to take the students as the basis and the standard orientation. We also should pay attention tothe future teacher literacy of the comprehensive development; the curriculum should be improved to support thesustainable development of the profession; the professional practice teaching should be emphasized, and the "4+2+1"full-practice curriculum should be implemented to enhance the curriculum. The effectiveness of the setup will improvethe overall quality of pre-service preschool teachers.
