第1掌骨桡背侧带蒂皮瓣修复示指末节软组织缺损

The first radial dorsal metacarpal pedicle skin flap to repair soft tissue defect in the end of index finger

目的探讨采用第1掌骨桡背侧带蒂皮瓣修复示指末节软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2013年2月-2017年8月,采用第1掌骨桡背侧带蒂皮瓣修复示指末节软组织缺损42例。结果 42例皮瓣全部成活,伤口愈合佳,术后3~6个月伤指皮瓣质地、颜色与受区极为相近,外形满意,耐摩擦,感觉恢复良好,均获得满意疗效。结论采用第1掌骨桡背侧带蒂皮瓣修复示指末节软组织缺损,手术操作易掌握,无需特殊辅助器械及材料,成本低廉,疗效可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the first radial dorsal metacarpal pedicle skin flap on repairing the soft tissue defect in the end of index finger. Methods From February 2013 to August 2017, 42 cases of soft tissue defect in the end of index finger were treated by using the first radial dorsal metacarpal pedicle skin flap. Results All the flaps survived and the wounds healed well. 3 to 6 months after operation the skin flaps had similar colour and texture with the recipient area. The shape of the flaps was satisfactory, and friction resistant and sensation recovered well, with satisfactory results. Conclusion Using the first radial dorsal metacarpal pedicle skin flap to repair the soft tissue defect of the distal part of the index finger, is easy to master, without special auxiliary instruments and materials, the cost is low and the curative effect is reliable.
