养血活血法治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy of Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation on Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Heart Failure

目的：观察养血活血法联合标准西医心衰治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分组,最终完成研究西药对照组33例,联合中药治疗组34例,疗程均为12周,对照观察疗效及心超指标。结果：治疗组总有效率88.2%,优于对照组的84.9%（P〈0.05）;治疗组左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、射血分数（LVEF）的改善显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：养血活血法中药联合西药治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭疗效肯定。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation combined with standard western medical treatment on dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into the control group（n= 33）,in which patients were only given western medicine for heart failure,and the treatment group（n= 34）,in which patients were given western medicine and traditional Chinese herbal medicine,with the treatment course of 12 weeks. The curative effect and echocardiography parameters were observed. Results：In the treatment group the total efficacy was 88.2%,while it was 84.9% in the con trol group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The improvement of the left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD） in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,also were the improvement of the left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The method of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine for dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure is of positive effect.
