电针人迎穴对自发性高血压大鼠收缩压及血清MDA、SOD、CAT和T-AOC含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察电针人迎穴对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)收缩压(SBP)的影响,并从抗氧化应激角度探讨针刺对血管的保护作用。方法:将SHR随机分为模型对照组、单纯针刺组、电针手法组各10只,另取WKY大鼠10只为空白对照组。单纯针刺组取双侧人迎穴,不予任何手法;电针手法组在此基础上加用电针1 min,均留针20 min。模型对照组及空白对照组只予抓取固定20 min。四组均每日上午干预1次,连续28天。干预前及干预1周末、2周末、3周末、4周末分别测量SBP,28 d后取血分离血清,分别测定MDA、SOD、CAT和T-AOC的含量。结果:电针手法组针刺1周后SBP即明显下降(P〈0.05),单纯针刺组2周后SBP始明显下降(P〈0.05)。单纯针刺组及电针手法组均能有效降低MDA的含量(P〈0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉 0.05);单纯针刺组SOD可见明显上升(P〈0.05),CAT、T-AOC上升幅度不明显(P〉 0.05);电针手法组SOD、CAT、T-AOC均有明显上升(P〈0.05),且同单纯针刺组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:电针人迎穴可快速有效地降低SBP,同时显著减少血清中过氧化产物,提高抗氧化酶含量,从而改善氧化应激,真正实现绿色降压。 Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture in Renying(ST9) on systolic blood pressure(SBP) of spontaneous hypertension rat(SHR),and to explore the protection effect of acupuncture on blood vessel from the anti-oxidative stress. Methods:Thirty SHRs were randomly divided into 3 groups:model control group,treatment group with acupuncture,treatment group with electro-acupuncture,with 10 SHRs in each group,while the blank control group consisted of 10 Wistar-Kyoto(WKY) rats. The treatment group with acupuncture was treated with acupuncture in Renying(ST9) bilaterally but without any manipulation. The treatment group with electro-acupuncture were treated with acupuncture in Renying(ST9) bilaterally and electro-stimulation for 1 minute. In both groups,needles were retained for 20 minutes. Rats in the model control group and the normal control group were only fixed on the table for 20 minutes. All the 4 groups were intervened at forenoon each day for 28 days. SBP was measured before intervention,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after intervention. After 28 days,blood sample was taken to detect the levels of serum MDA,SOD,CAT and T-AOC. Results:SBP in the treatment group with electro-acupuncture decreased obviously 1 week after the treatment(P〈0.05),in group with acupuncture,it decreased obviously 2 weeks after treatment(P〈0.05). Besides,in both treatment groups,serum MDA levels were reduced(P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference between them(P〈0.05). In group with acupuncture,serum SOD levels increased with statistical significance(P〈0.05),but the serum levels of CAT and T-AOC increased slightly(P〉0.05). In the group with electro-acupuncture,serum levels of SOD,CAT,T-AOC increased obviously(P〈0.05),and were different from those in the group with acupuncture,with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture in Renying(ST9) can lower SBP rapidly and effectively and reduce peroxidation products,increase antioxidant enzyme in serum remarkably,thus,to relieve oxidative stress and to achieve healthy depressurization.
