摘要
丙烯酸反应器热气体分析方法引进于日本催化剂厂商,属于其专利方法,该方法分析时间长,分析成本高。研究TGA吸收法作为其替代方法,分析吸收法的实验条件,以此提高吸收效率。经过传统热钢瓶法与吸收法进行数据比对,两种方法的再现性相对标准偏差小于5%,吸收法加标回收率在97. 4%~103. 1%,催化剂碳平衡在95%~105%,吸收法的测试结果更加真实的反映出了丙烯酸反应器中真实气体组成情况,提高了分析效率。
Analysis method of acrylic reactor thermal gas was from Japanese catalyst producer and it is a patented process with long analyzing period and high cost. In this paper, TGA absorption method was studied to achieve high effectiveness. Through comparison between traditional hot cylinder method and absorption method, it found that the relative standard deviation was less than 5% , adding standard recovery was 97.4% -103.1% and catalyst carbon balance was 95% - 105%. It shows that absorpotion method can reach true composition in acrylic reactor and improve analysis efficiency.
