摘要
作为珩磨机上的切削工具,珩磨头的结构及尺寸对珩磨精度影响很大。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对双进给珩磨头大顶杆进行轻量化设计,在保证刚度的情况下,减少珩磨头质量,以达到保证珩磨精度、节省材料、节约成本的目标。
As a cutting tool on a Dual - Feed honing machine, the structure and size of honing head have great influence on honing accuracy. By using the finite element analysis software to implement lightweight design of Dual -Feed Honing Head' s big push rod. Under the condition of guaranteeing the stiffness, reducing the quality of honing head. Finally, the aim of honing accuracy, material saving and cost saving can be achieved.
