血管化腓骨肌皮瓣联合种植体植入在颌骨缺损修复重建中的应用

Application of Vascularized Iliac Musculocutaneous Flap Combined with Implant Implantation in Reconstruction and Reconstruction of Jaw Defects

目的探讨血管化腓骨肌皮瓣联合种植体植入的方法修复颌骨缺损的应用效果。方法以11例颌骨缺损的患者为例,综合分析其缺损的部位和特征,在此基础上进行腓骨塑形,继而以钛板加以固定,使颌骨的形态和功能得以初步恢复,待腓骨移植成活,继而再行种植牙修复,与此同时,客观评价面部形态的恢复情况及各种并发症的发生情况。结果腓骨肌皮瓣成活率100%,种植牙没有出现松动的情况,而且功能恢复正常,外形恢复情况良好,无明显并发症。结论血管化腓骨肌皮瓣联合种植体植入的方法是修复颌骨缺损的一种理想方法,不仅可以很好地恢复患者的外在美观度,而且功能方面恢复情况良好,有利于其生活质量提升。

Objective To explore the application of vaseularized fibular flap combined with implants in the repair of jaw defects. Methods According to the location and characteristics of jaw defects in 11 patients, the fibula was molded, fixed with fitanimn plate, and the moqohology and function of the jaws were initially restored. After the grafting fibula sur- vived, dental implant restoration was performed, and the recovery of facial moqohology and the ocemTenee of complications were evaluated. Results All vaseularized fibula flaps survived well. All the implants were firm. All the patients were satis- fied with their final esthetic results, and have no serious complication. Conclusion The vaseularized fibula flap combined with implants implantation was an ideal selection for the reconstruction of jaw defects. It can better restore the beauty- and function of patients, and improve their quality- of life.
