职业院校现代学徒制发展对策研究

Study on the Modern Apprenticeship in Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制试点工作开展以来,职业院校积极参与,企业深度合作,取得了较为显著的成绩。但同时,现代学徒制的发展还存在国家政策尚不够细致、企业参与高职院校人才培养积极性不高、多方利益主体诉求的差异以及教学模式与企业脱节等问题。因此,要理顺企业、学校和学生之间的关系,充分发挥企业参与高职院校人才培养的积极性,同时转变教学观念,提升教师技能水平,促进我国现代学徒制可持续发展,实现高职人才培养目标。

Since the pilot work of modern apprenticeship was carried out, vocational colleges have been actively in- volved and entetprises have made remarkable achievements in deep cooperation. However, there are still some problems in the development of the apprenticeship system, such as the lack of detailed national policies, the low enthusiasm of enterporises to participate in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges, the difference in the appeal of multiple stakeholders, and the disconnection between the teaching model and the enterprise. Therefore, the relationship among enterprises, colleges and students should be straightened out, so as to make full use of the initiative of enterprises to participate in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the con- cept of students should be changed, teachers＇ skills should be improved,and the sustainable development of mod- ern apprenticeship system in China be promoted. Thus, the goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges will be realized.
