摘要
介绍了基于FANUC机床PMC控制的自动润滑系统硬件设计及软件设计,主要包括自动润滑系统的电路、I/O接口、程序控制流程图以及PMC梯形图设计等,该自动润滑系统克服了必须依靠手动润滑等缺点,避免了机床因长时间不润滑所带来的设备故障,并且还可以根据机床的工作状态随机调整供油润滑循环时间,以节约润滑油。
This paper introduces the hardware and software PMC control of FANUC machine tool, mainly including the program control flow chart and PMC ladder diagram design. comings of manual lubrication and avoids equipment failure and lubrication cycle time can also be adjusted according to bricant. design of a new automatic lubrication system based on circuit of automatic lubrication system, I/O interface, The automatic lubrication system overcomes the short- caused by long time non - lubrication of machine tool, the working state of the machine tool, so as to save lu-bricant.
