项目导向教学法在食品感官检验技术课改中的应用

摘要 围绕项目导向教学法,以高职高专食品类专业食品感官检验技术课程为例,从优化教学内容、改革教学方法、增加实践内容和改进考核方式等方面进行课程改革,探讨激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生创新意识、增强学生团队精神、提升学生综合素质的途径和方法,使学生能够独立完成食品感官检验项目,取得了较好的教学效果。 Focusing on project-oriented teaching method, taking the course of "Food Sensory Inspection Technolo-gy" in higher vocational colleges as an example, the course reform is carried out from the aspects of optimizing the teaching content, reforming the teaching methods, increasing the practice content and improving the assessment mode, and the ways of stimulating students' interest in learning, cultivating students' innovative consciousness and strengthening the students' team are discussed, making students to complete the food sensoty testing independently and better teaching results achieved.
