产业资本介入下我国乡村空间转型的研究述评及规划启示

Research Review and Planning Inspiration for Rural Spatial Transformation in China with regard for Industrial Capital

随着国家现代化和快速城镇化的进程,我国乡村地区的乡土社会在与现代社会的剧烈碰撞中不断前行。从费孝通先生所处的乡村工业化到今天日渐风靡的乡村消费主义,产业资本一直是我国乡村空间转型的重要驱动因素,但是产业资本的介入对乡村发展也存在显著的两面性。文章梳理从政策制度、市场要素、社会生态等多元属性视角审视产业资本介入下我国乡村空间转型的历程,并对相关理论解释进行述评。最后从"主体功能"、"活力塑造"和"内生动力"等方面为新时期我国的乡村规划提供若干启示。

Rural areas in China are undergoing rapid development as a result of the modernization and rapid urbanization of China. From the rural industrialization in Mr. Xiaotong Fei＇s times to the increasingly popular rural consumerism in modern times, industrial investment has always been an important driving force in the transformation of China＇s rural space. However, there is a two-sided effect of industrial investment on rural development. This paper first describes the process and dynamic mechanism of industrial investment in rural China from the perspectives of policy institutions, market forces, social ecology, etc. Then, it elaborates on the theoretical explanations of the spatial transformation in rural China. Finally, the paper describes the major function, vitality, and endogenous factors of rural development in China in the new era, as well as their implications for rural planning.
