农村价值观嬗变影响下乡村振兴的实践探索

价值观作为人对事物认知与是非判断的思维基础,对于个人乃至集体的行为决策产生关键影响。当前农村价值观嬗变对乡村社会、经济、文化、环境的发展产生了广泛而深远的影响。文章通过对农村价值观嬗变的内涵与历程的梳理,从农村的生存价值观、精神价值观及集体价值观三个维度进行理论思辨,厘清农村价值观的内涵与呈现方式。分析其嬗变的动因、机制及其对乡村振兴的积极意义与消极影响,同时就价值观方面的缺位所导致的乡村振兴实践的不足提出相应的批评与对策。农村生存价值观的嬗变转变了农民生产生活观念,拓宽了产业增收渠道,但造成了乡村社会衰败及土地资源的浪费;精神价值观的嬗变陶练了农民的现代智慧,但造成了乡风民俗优良传统的缺失;集体价值观的嬗变放大了个体的价值,但使乡村社会向半熟人社会与陌生人社会转变。而受本位主义思想的影响,乡村振兴的过程中或以传统农村价值观为标尺或以城市价值观为基准,忽视了农村现代价值观变迁的当下意义与适应特征,导致了振兴规划与现实需求的脱节。文章通过对价值观嬗变下乡村建设困境的分析,探寻契合价值观嬗变的乡村振兴适应性路径。
