摘要
我国轨道交通站域地下公共空间正逐步迈向网络化建设时代,通过分析其发展思路,明确轨道交通站际地下空间作为地下空间网络化的关键一步,并进一步分析其基本特征、空间组织类型,阐述站际地下空间开发的经济、社会与生态效益价值。同时,对其开发思路做出一定探析:以"点—轴系统"理论的生成逻辑为基础,探析站际地下空间结构建立过程;分析站际地下空间规划模式与开发主体模式,并根据其城市发展阶段及所在区位,将站际地下空间开发模式分为三种类型并探讨其特征,及建立其与站际地下空间规划模式与开发主体模式的关联,以作为我国日后地下空间开发的有益参考。
The underground public space of China's rail transit stations is gradually ushering in an era of network construction. Through analysis of the ideas behind its development, this paper indicates that the underground space between rail transit stations is a key step in the networking of underground space. We then further analyze the basic characteristics of this underground space, the types of spatial organization, and the economic, social, and ecological benefits of the development of underground space between rail transit stations. Further, this paper analyzes the ideas behind the development of this underground space, namely the process of establishing the structure of the underground space between rail transit stations based on the generative logic of the "point-and-axis system" theory, and then analyzes the spatial planning mode and main development mode of the underground space between stations. It is proposed that the development mode shou types based on the urban development stage and location; the characteristics of these thre modes are discussed in the paper. In addition, the relationship between the development mode of underground space between stations, and the primary development mode, needs to serve as a reference for the future development of underground space in China. Id be divided into three e types of development mode and the planning to be established so asto serve as a reference for the future development of underground space in China.
