随着时下图像外延的扩大以及学科间交叉影响的增强,传统艺术史面对当代"流行、大众文化"下的图像范畴,往往显得力不从心。20世纪60年代"视觉文化研究"的诞生,其跨界又多元的学科特点及方法,为视觉图像研究赋予了更加丰富多彩的形状。值得注意的是,任何理论方法的使用都是一把双刃剑,它的有效性和局限性如影随形。同时,由于"视觉文化"研究的是可见之物,一般性的视觉符号通俗易懂,但并不意味着看到这些视觉符号的观者的反应会保持一致。因此,我们在使用诸多研究方法的同时,需要保持一种审慎而严格的分析。摘要:
With the expansion of image extension and the enhancement of interdisciplinary influence, the traditional art history is often cope with the image category under the contemporary "popular and mass culture". In the 1960s, the birth of "visual culture with its cross-boundary and diversified research methods, gave more vivid shapes to visual image research. It is worth noting that the use of any theoretical method is a double-edged sword, and its effectiveness and limitations are closely linked. At the same time, because "visual culture" studies the visible things, the general visual symbols are easy to understand, but it does not mean that the audiences who see these visual symbols will have the same reaction. Therefore, we need to maintain a prudent and rigorous analysis while using these research methods.
