摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)对宫颈癌感染妇女诊断与治疗的效果。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月间山东省立第三医院收治的82例住院宫颈癌患者,根据是否发生感染分为感染组(38例)和未感染组(44例)。密切监测患者生命体征,对合并感染者行菌株鉴定,采用双抗体夹心法检测患者静脉血血清PCT水平。结果感染组患者共检出病原菌46株,其中革兰氏阴性菌32株(69.6%),革兰氏阳性菌11株(23.9%);真菌3株(6.5%)。感染组患者血清PCT水平为(16.58±6.89)μg/L,高于非感染组的(0.46±0.25)μg/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCT诊断宫颈癌感染曲线下面积为0.892。取0.50μg/L为最佳截断值,诊断灵敏度为92.5%,特异度为82.4%。结论血清PCT可作为预测宫颈癌患者感染发生的有效指标,对早期治疗方案的制定有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of serum procalcitonin( PCT) in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer complicated with infection. Methods A total of 82 inpatients with cervical cancer admitted at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into infection group( 38 patients) and uninfected group( 44 patients)according to whether they were infected or not. Patients were closely monitored for vital signs after admission and strains were identified for patients with coinfection. The level of serum PCT was detected by double antibody sandwich method. Results A total of 46 pathogenic bacteria strains were detected,among which 32 were Gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 69. 6%,11 were Gram-positive bacteria, accounting for23. 9% and 3 were fungi,accounting for 6. 5%. The serum PCT level was( 16. 58 ± 6. 89) μg/L in the infected group which was higher than( 0. 46 ± 0. 25) μg/L of the non-infected group( P〈0. 05). The area under the curve of PCT diagnosis for cervical cancer was 0. 892. When 0. 50 μg/L was considered as the best cutoff,the diagnostic sensitivity was 92. 5% and specificity of 82. 4%. Conclusion Serum CPT can be used as an effective index in predicting the infection in patients with cervical cancer,which has an important clinical value for the early development of treatment plans.
