参麦注射液联合吉西他滨与顺铂对肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的影响

Effects of Shenmai injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin on cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨参麦注射液联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗肺癌患者的临床效果及对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月间恩施州中心医院收治的60例肺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者采用参麦注射液联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗,对照组患者采用吉西他滨与顺铂治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分、卡氏功能(KPS)评分和Piper疲乏量表(PFS)评分。结果观察组患者的临床总缓解率为53.3%,高于对照组的33.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的中医症候积分和KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分均较治疗前降低,KPS评分均升高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的认知、情感、躯体和行为疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的认知、情感、躯体和行为疲乏评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗肺癌临床疗效显著,能有效减轻患者癌因性疲乏,改善临床症状,提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin on cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer. Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer treated at Enshi Central Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected. These patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 patients in each group. The observation group received Shenmai injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin and the control group received gemcitabine and cisplatin. Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,Karnofsky performance status（ KPS）scores,Piper fatigue scale（ PFS scores） were compaed between the two groups. Results The overall remission rate was 53. 3% for the observaiton group which was significantly higher than 33. 3% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before the treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores descreased,KPS scores increased in both groups with the observation group better than the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in After the treatment,the cognitive,emotional,physical and behavioral fatigue scores between the two groups before the treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After the treatment,the cognitive,emotional,physical and behavioral fatigue scores significantly decreased compared with before the treatment and these scores were lower in the observation than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin shows high efficacy in the treatment of lung cancer and it can effectively reduce the cancer induced fatigue,improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
