摘要
随着网络通信高速发展,IEEE 1394A电缆以其传输频段高、传输速率快等特点,在民用领域已经得到广泛的应用。近年来,在航空航天测绘需求不断的提升以及耐高温材料的不断更新与发展的背景下,IEEE 1394A电缆被逐步拓展应用于航空航天领域。由于在太空使用的特殊环境变化,使IEEE 1394A电缆在三温(高温、常温、低温)环境下传输性能(特性阻抗和衰减)的变化更加重要。围绕三温下影响IEEE 1394A电缆特性阻抗和衰减的主要因素(包括导体衰减、绝缘等效介电常数、使用频率)展开分析。为确保IEEE 1394A电缆在使用过程中不会对整体系统造成信号失真的情况出现,建议用户在选型IEEE 1394A电缆时应避免在潮湿气体较多、温度变化较剧烈的环境下使用。
With the rapid development of network communication, IEEE 1394 A cable has been widely used in the civil field for its high transmission frequency and fast transmission speed. In recent years, in the context of the increasing demand for aerospace surveying and mapping and the continuous updating and development of high temperature resistant materials, IEEE 1394 A cable has been gradually extended to the aerospace field. Because of the special environmental changes in space, the change of the transmission performance of IEEE 1394 A cable in the different temperature levels(room temperature, low temperature and high temperature) becomes more important. The main factors(including conductor attenuation, insulation equivalent dielectric constant and operation frequency) affecting the characteristic impedance and attenuation of IEEE 1394 A cable in the different temperature levels are analyzed. In order to ensure that the IEEE 1394 A cable will not cause the signal distortion to the whole system during the use process, it is suggested that users should avoid using IEEE 1394 A cable in the environment with more humid gas and more intense temperature change.
