摘要
新型半干式柔性耐弯曲光缆的开发可满足用户对光缆简易开剥性及快速施工性的需求。开发新型半干式柔性耐弯曲光缆的关键在于套管材料的选用。通过对传统套管材料的改性,分别研制出MPP(改性聚丙烯)材料和柔性PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)材料。经过对MPP套管、柔性PBT套管和MPP半干式柔性耐弯曲光缆、柔性PBT半干式柔性耐弯曲光缆的性能验证,MPP材料和柔性PBT材料完全合适作为半干式柔性耐弯曲光缆的套管材料,可确保套管弯曲直径≤30 mm、光缆使用性能和寿命。
The development of the new semi-dry flexible bending-resistant optical cable can meet the needs of the users for easy stripping and quick construction of optical cable. The key of developing the new semi-dry type optical cable is the selection of tube material. The materials of MPP(modified polypropylene) and flexible PBT(polyethylene terephthalate) are developed by modification of traditional tube materials. Through the performance verification to the MPP tube, flexible PBT tube, MPP semi-dry type flexible bending-resistant optical cable, and flexible PBT semi-dry type flexible bending-resistant optical cable, it is proved that MPP and flexible PBT material are entirely appropriate as the tube materials of semi-dry type flexible bending-resistant cable to ensure tube's bending diameter of 30 mm or less, and the performance and life span of optical cable.
