数据电缆的工艺定长是指根据交货长度确定成缆缆芯长度,再由后道生产工序的要求长度推算出前道工序所需的生产长度,以此类推计算求得单根绝缘线芯在串联工序的长度。将数据电缆各工序工艺定长计算结果用于指导实际生产制造过程,不仅可合理控制工序生产长度,减少余线、尾线,降低产品制造成本,而且通过将各工序工艺定长输入到设备操作屏中,以工艺定长作为停机或者自动换盘长度,可指导生产工艺,提高自动化效率。

The process fixed length of data cable means to determine the cable core length in cabling according to the length of delivery, and then calculate the production length desired by the preceding process according to the required production length of the later process, and calculate the length of the single insulated wire core in series process by analogy.
