摘要
以超压气球驻空过程为研究对象,综合考虑太阳辐射、长波辐射、对流换热等因素对超压气球热特性的影响,建立超压气球三维热模型,通过数值仿真对驻空期间球体蒙皮与内部浮升气体热力学特性进行研究,得到温度昼夜变化和分布规律;分析了蒙皮热物性参数、外部对流速度等因素对内部浮升气体超热程度的影响,结果超压气球驻空期间存在明显的超热现象,且以上因素均对超热程度均产生影响,且影响程度不同。研究为超压气球驻空飞行性能和热控设计提供参考依据。
This paper investigates the thermal characteristics of the super pressure balloon during station - keep- ing flight. Overall considered the factors of solar radiation, long - wave radiation and the convective heat transfer, the 3 - D thermal models of the super pressure balloon were established. By numerical simulation, the temperature distribution and diurnal variations of the buoyancy gas and the envelope of the super pressure balloon were presented. In addition, the influences of the thermo - physical properties of the envelope and the external convection velocity on the "super - heat" degree were analyzed. The simulation results show that these factors all have effects and the impact varies with the factor. The paper will provide a guide for the flight performance and the design of thermal control system of super pressure balloon.
