粪肠球菌对肺炎链球菌的体外抑制作用 被引量:2

Inhibition of Enterococcus faecalis against Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro

摘要 目的探讨粪肠球菌对肺炎链球菌的体外抑制作用。方法采用交叉条带法检测粪肠球菌对肺炎链球菌的体外抑制效果;平板培养法探讨粪肠球菌对肺炎链球菌抑制作用的条件;牛津杯法探究粪肠球菌对肺炎链球菌的抑制效率。结果在血平板上混合培养时,粪肠球菌生长的区域肺炎链球菌不生长;粪肠球菌以活菌的状态才对肺炎链球菌具备抑制能力;50株粪肠球菌对8株肺炎链球菌的抑制率均>70%,并发现粪肠球菌对"脐窝状"菌落的肺炎链球菌抑菌活性优于"黏液型"的菌株。结论粪肠球菌产生的抗菌物质对肺炎链球菌存在体外抑制作用,说明其具有广阔的临床应用前景。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibition effect of Enterococcus faecalis against Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro.METHODS The cross-streak assay was employed to detect the inhibition effect of E.faecalis on S.pneumoniae in vitro.The plate culture method was used to explore the possible condition for inhibition of E.faecalis against S.pneumoniae.The oxford cup method was employed to investigate the inhibition efficiency of E.faecalis against S.pneumoniae.RESULTS The growth of E.faecalis inhibited that of S.pneumoniae in the mixed culture area of blood agar.Only the living cells of E.faecalis had the antibacterial activity against S.pneumoniae.All 50 strains of E.faecalis exhibited the inhibition rates of above 70% to 8 strains of S.pneumoniae,and the antibacterial activity of E.faecalis against the " navel type" colonies of S.pneumoniae was significantly better than that against " mucus type" strains.CONCLUSIONThe antibacterial substances originated fromE.faecalis exhibit obvious inhibition effect against S.pneumoniae in vitro,which have broad clinical application prospect.
