湖南省基层医院护士PICC维护知识现状及影响因素分析

The current status of PICC maintenance knowledge and its influencing factors among nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan province

目的 :调查湖南省基层医院护士PICC维护知识现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 :采用一般资料调查表和自行设计的PICC维护知识问卷,在湖南省基层医院中采用分层抽样法抽取552名护士进行调查。结果 :552名基层医院护士PICC维护知识得分为(63.36±14.36)分;不同维度知识正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,职称和医院类型是湖南省基层医院护士PICC维护知识状况的影响因素。结论 :湖南省基层医院护士PICC维护知识掌握不佳,除健康教育以外的各维度PICC维护知识状况均不够理想;相对于乡镇卫生院,社区医院护士的PICC维护知识水平更低;针对基层医院护士的规范化PICC维护培训亟待开展。

Objective： To investigate the current status and influencing factors of PICC maintenance knowledge among nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan province. Methods： By stratified random cluster sampling, totally 552 nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan province were recruited and investigated by self-designed questionnaires. Results： The mean score of the PICC maintenance knowledge was 63.36±14.36. The accuracy of PICC maintenance knowledge in different dimensions was statistically significantly different （P〈0.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional titles and the types of hospitals were the influencing factors of PICC maintenance knowledge among nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan Province. Conclusion： The nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan province have poor knowledge about PICC maintenance. Except health education dimension, other dimensions of knowledge status of PICC maintenance were in the low or middle level. The nurses in the community hospitals have worse knowledge of PICC maintenance compared with those in health clinics in towns and townships. The standardized PICC maintenance training for nurses of primary hospitals in Hunan province need be carried out urgently.
