摘要
目的:分析借助信息化系统产生的护理质量数据,发现目前评价指标中出错率高和不达标的质量指标,通过制定整体和具体质量改进措施,提高护理质量。方法 :通过医院信息化系统建立数据采集流程,收集质量改进后第1、3、6个月的数据,与2016年12月的基线数据进行比较。设置数据筛选-数据分析-制定系列改进措施,对照改进前后质量结果差异。结果:6项评价指标合格率均有提高(P<0.05),其中3项指标均在第3个月改进最明显,1项指标在第1个月改进最明显,2项指标在第6个月改进最明显。结论 :数据呈现了客观质量结果,帮助护理管理者从质量管理的角度发现亟需解决的质量问题,避免了现场主观评价带来的差异,能够更好地促进护理质量管理的发展。
Objective: To identify those of high error rates and non-compliance in the current quality indicators through analyzing the nursing quality data generated by the information system, then develop overall and specific quality improvement measures to improve nursing care quality. Methods: We established the data collection process through the hospital information system, collected the quality data at one, three and six months after quality improvement process. And then we compared them with the care quality data of December 2016. During the whole process, we set up three steps, including the data screening, data analysis, and formulating a series of improvement measures, to improve the care quality. Results: All of the six indicators evaluated have been improved than before (P〈0.05). Four indicators improved significantly three month later, one indicator mostly improved at the first month, and the other one indicator improved obviously at the sixth month. Conclusion: The objective quality data could help us to find problems that need to be solved urgently from the perspective of quality management, and avoid bias from on-site subjective evaluation, so as to promote the development of nursing quality management.
