Exploration and Practice of Dual-Tutor System in Business Administration Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过高职院校工管专业实习实训制度的现状分析,重点讨论双导师制教育模式在工商管理类专业的意义与实施,以天津滨海职业学院经济管理系工商企业管理专业为例,提出较为完整的实施方案,构建校企合作双导师制度保障体系。

Through the analysis of the status quo of the internship training system of the business administration majors in higher vocational colleges,the paper focuses on the discussion of the significance and implementation of the dual-tutor education mode in the business administration majors.Taking the business enterprise administration major of Department of Economic Management of Tianjin Coastal Polytechnic as an example,a more complete implementation plan is proposed to establish a guarantee system of school-enterprise cooperation and dual-tutor system.
