为更好地适应区域经济社会发展对高素质应用型人才培养的新要求,探索和深化艺术设计类专业教育教学改革,学校开展了以学生为中心,以工作过程为导向的课程体系研究,紧紧围绕社会科技发展、参照相关专业岗位职业标准和艺术设计最新发展趋势修订人才培养方案,优化和完善课程体系,开展课程改革,调整教学内容;通过校企合作;积极探索工学交替、产教融合、理实一体、任务驱动等教学模式;注重岗位标准和专业实践技能培养,改革教学方式和方法,转变为以学生为教学活动的主体、以教师为引导、教学组织模拟实际工作过程中的岗位典型工作项目,参照公司实际工作流程,将枯燥的理论教学合理有机地融合到实践教学活动中,达到"做中学、学中做,学做一体"。
