新建本科高校转型发展的思考与实践——以辽宁对外经贸学院为例

根据所服务区域、行业的发展需求,新建本科高校要实现转型发展应以"整合资源是转型发展的基础,优化结构是转型发展的动力,凝练特色是转型发展的核心,依法治校是转型发展的保障,科学管理是转型发展的基石"作为理论基础,探寻转型发展的八大创新途径,即升华办学理念、调整办学定位、优化办学结构、创新人才培养模式、完善人才培养计划、合理构建师资队伍、提高管理水平、提升服务社会能力。

According to the development needs of service areas and industries,the newly-established universities,based on the theoretical basis that integrating resources is the basis of transformation and development,that optimizing the structure is the driving force,that identifying the characteristics is the core,that running universities by law is the guarantee,and that scientific management is the cornerstone,can take the following eight innovative approaches so as to achieve their transformation and development,namely,improving the school-running concept,adjusting the orientation,optimizing the school structure,innovating the training mode,perfecting the training program,rationally building a teaching staff with excellent quality,raising the standard of management and promoting the ability to serve the society.
