根据浅山综合自然地理条件,对营林的主要障碍,首先是气候上的干旱与严寒,其次是土壤干燥而贫瘠、蓄水性能差、底土坚实,采取针对性造林措施,以期全面提高造林成活率。

Based on natural geographical characteristics of the shallow mountain and the main obstacles of forestry, the first is dry and cold climate, followed by dry and barren soil, poor reservoir properties and subsoil solid, targeted afforestation measures should be taken for improving the survival rate of afforestation.
