摘要 为提高中小型大棚喷药效率,减轻喷药过程中对人体所造成的伤害,设计了一种可移动式的喷药机器。该机器采用钢丝绳作为喷头传输的导轨,由电机提供牵引力,带动喷头在钢丝绳上进行往复运动,实现药物的来回喷洒。确定了喷头行走的最长距离,计算了喷头行走过程中的最大牵引力,并选取合适的配重来平衡该牵引力。控制系统用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制核心,采用接近传感器及张力传感器等作为控制开关,实现该系统的喷药动作。 Aiming to improve the efficiency of spray in the greenhouse, and reduce the damage from spraying,a transmission and control system for spraying was designed.Using two wire rope worked as the track of the nozzle to move, and the power is provided by a direct current dynamo.Confirming the longest distance that the nozzle can move, and calculating the biggest tractive force, and choose a proper mass to balance the tractive force.The type of S7-200PLC,is choosed as the control core for the control system.And we also choose proximity sensor and wire rope tension sensor as the necessary detective tools to realize the expected function.At last, we write the plc control program.
