Analysis of Modern Horticultural Talents Training Strategies Based on Social Needs

现代农业大学园艺学科的根本目标是培养当前社会需求的园艺人才,即"懂理论、善实践、熟操作、勤分析、会解决"具有创新能力的应用型人才.而由培养方式、教学方式与课程构成组成的人才培养策略是决定学生创新能力培养成败的关键.通过在梅西大学教学法的学习,分析中西教学法的差异,结合我校近年园艺专业本科毕业生就业数据,依托精品课程、资源共享课建设的网络平台的基础,提出以课程组建设为保障,综合性设计性实验、实验室开放为支撑,加强学生讨论、展示为主的教学手段等策略,旨在为培养社会需求的现代园艺人才提供支撑.

The fundamental goal of modern horticulture discipline in agricultural universities is to train current so- cial demanded gardening talents, the applied talents with innovative ability, good practice, familiar operation, dili- gent analysis and capable resolution. The talent cultivation strategy composed of methods and curriculum composition is the key to determine the success or failure of students innovation ability training. Through the study of the teaching method in Massey University, the differences between Chinese and Western teaching methods are analyzed, com- bined with the employment data of undergraduate graduates in recent years, relying on the foundation of the network supportplatform for excellent courses and resource sharing courses. The strategies of strengthening the discussion and display of teaching methods are advanced based on the construction of the curriculum group, the comprehensive de- sign experiment and the opening of the laboratory to providesupport for trainingthe modern horticultural talents the so- ciety demands.
