熄风通络头痛片中川芎提取工艺考察

Study on Extraction of Ligusticum Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii from Endogenous Wind-Stopping and Collateral-Unblocking Headache Tablets

目的对处方中川芎药材中阿魏酸含量进行考察,取得质量稳定、优质的提取物,进一步提高熄风通络头痛片的临床疗效。方法采用L9(34)正交试验优化,取最优结果对其"药材细度"等因素再进行考察。结果最佳工艺为40目药材,加5倍量乙醇,提取温度100℃,提取3次。

Objective： Study on the content of ferulic acid in Rhizoma ligustiei wallichii in the prescription to obtain a good and steady quality of the extract as well as to further improve the clinical efficacy of Endogenous Wind-Stopping and Collateral-Unblocking Headache Tablets. Method： The L9 （34） orthogonal test was used to optimize the results, and the factors such as ＂drug fineness＂ were investigated. Result： The best process is 40 orders of medicinal materials, adding 5 times the amount of ethanol, extracting temperature 100 degrees Celsius, extracting three times.
