清热止咳喷雾剂的制备工艺研究

Study on Preparation Technology of Qingre Zhike Spray

目的确定清热止咳喷雾剂的制备工艺。方法采用正交实验设计法,以总黄酮的含量为考查指标,对清热止咳喷雾剂提取工艺进行优选;采用单因素考查,初步筛选其制备工艺。结果确定最佳提取工艺为以10倍量水,提取两次,每次2小时,合并提取液浓缩,干燥,取提取物,用水溶解,加入梨浓缩液适量,再加水定容,混匀,即得。结论清热止咳喷雾剂的制备工艺合理可行。

Objective To determine the preparation process of Qingre Zhike Spray. Methods： The orthogonal experimental design method was used to determine the extraction process of Qingre Zhike Spray by using the content of total flavonoids. The preparation process was preliminarily screened by single factor examination. Results The optimal extraction process was determined to be 10 times the amount of water, extracted twice, each time for 2 hours, the combined extracts were concentrated, dried, and the extract was taken, dissolved in water, added with the appropriate amount of pear concentrate, then added with water to volume, and mixed. That＇s it. Conclusion The preparation process of Qingre Zhike Spray is reasonable and feasible.
