胶原多肽由于其独特的理化性质,在许多领域得到了广泛应用。本文综述了胶原多肽的概况、功能特性及研究现状;阐述了胶原多肽在化妆品领域的应用与研究进展。
Collagen peptide because of its unique physical and chemical properties, has been widely applied in many fields. This paper reviews the general situation, functional properties and research status of collagen peptide.This paper expounds the collagen peptide in application and research progress in the field of cosmetics.
