摘要
本设计翻转机采用液压顶升侧立方式脱模,可以实现同步举升、同步靠紧,最大翻转角度可达85°.利用SolidWorks完成翻转机三维建模,并进行运动学仿真,其设计的2组翻转臂,铰点分布均匀合理,翻转举升油缸在翻转过程中精确同步.
The hydraulic top lift of upender adopts side up mode to deform, which can realize synchro nous lifting and pressing, the maximum angle of flip can reach 85 degrees. Using SolidWorks to complete 3D modeling and kinematics simulation, the two support arms are designed. The support points are distributed evenly and reasonably,flip cylinder is exactly synchronous in the process of turning.
