邻面入射体光栅点扩散函数的理论推导

摘要 根据体全息原理,定义以点源经体光栅衍射后的衍射光强度的分布|Ed(y',z';xp,yp,zp)|2 2作为体全息光栅透镜成像系统的强度点扩散函数,用来评价成像系统的分辨率.对成像系统当探测点光源沿x、y、z轴方向偏移.通过计算推导得到的衍射光强度的点扩散函数. According to the principle of volume holography,the distribution of the intensity of diffracted light diffracted by a point source via grating is defined |Ed(y',z';xp,yp,zp)|2 2 as the intensity point of the volume holographic grating lens imaging system,which is used to evaluate the resolution of the imaging system.In this paper,the imaging system is offset by the detection point source along the x,y,and z axes.The point spread function of the obtained diffracted light intensity is calculated.
